In Plain Sight (continued)
more
discussion, and a brief review of two key facts.
1.
Each Building is Unique -- When you look
at both properties, it's clear both were conceived under the notion
that bigger is better. They're both loaded with great finishes and
the floorplans are estate-home big (2,000 sf plus and counting) so
the prices reflect a great dollar-per-square-foot but they're based
upon some pretty substantial spaces. Both buildings have smaller units
available too, but big homes equal big bucks. (strong buy rating)
2.
First Impressions Count -- The original sales
teams dropped the ball. Both teams (we're not going to name names here)
were fighting unusual circumstances, egos and a mix of objectives.
After some serious inquiries, we're convinced that prospects and realtors
that visit get 1st class treatment, straight answers and great prices.
Both properties know how to sell highrise condos, so realtors can deliver
clients and get out of the way knowing they'll be protected.
Bottom
line: Both La
Cascada and The
Montane are true gems amongst the condo
dreck. Money spent here equates to happy living or investing See their
websites for more info and tour appts.

AN
INSIDE JOB...
When Scott
Nisson hired on to be the inside sales guru at La Cascada in San
Antonio, there was an air of uncertainty. A lot of ground had to
be made up, and a newly revised marketing campaign was going to
be delivering interested buyers pos t
haste.
No hill for this
stepper. Scott has been wowing 'em since day one, and most comments
from visitors point to his knowledge of the product, kind manner
and trustworthiness.
We haven't asked
him to walk us across the street (yet) but we do know this guy knows
his building and can be our agent anytime.
FROM
THE TOP...
What happens
when an architect takes the helm at a development company? Great
things if the company happens to be Birkel Residential Group.
Birkel's
president, Paul Milosevich (mi-lah-so-vich) has the company on
track to develop 3+ condominium/ townhome projects in the next
three years.
Starting
with new urban oasis Pinnacle at Oak Hills (with golf and
medical center access -- already 50% presold) Milosevich is
steering an ambitious agenda with great aplomb. Take note development
partners: this guy knows the drill.
